We understand how a customer anticipates receiving the ordered item, so our job is always doing our best in sending you the quality of our garment to your joy and satisfaction. Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchase to enjoy a fuss-free shopping experience.  

PARCEL DELIVERY

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holiday. 
  • A tracking number will be provided after the parcel delivery is processed.
  • Upstairsinstyle is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed. Please double check your order details at the Review Order page before confirming the order.
  • All orders are automatically deleted if payment is not received after 24hours. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel an order without prior notice if the product ordered is no longer available in stock or defected.
  • Price of postage includes handling fees.
  • Upstairsinstyle will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer/ visitor opt for normal/ regular postage.
  • COD is not available. Parcels pick-ups are only available at our outlet only(Upstairs Fashion Boutique).  
  • We reserve the right to hold or cancel the ordered item due to special circumstances like delayed shipment. Full amount of your payment will be refunded shall there be any shipping difficulties on certain items.

BOUNCED PARCELS 

  • Customers will be contacted via email should Upstairsinstyle receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.
  • Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Upstairsinstyle will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.
  • Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as Upstairsinstyle property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.

Sorry, NO REFUND

All sales are final. So please consider carefully before purchasing.

EXCHANGE

DEFECTIVE/ FAULTY ITEM(S) RECEIVED

  • Please kindly check your item and do notify us shall you have any problem with the purchase within 3 working days.
  • Shall there be any defect on your item purchased; we exchange you a new piece for the same item WHILE STOCK LAST or select another item with SAME price.
  • We do not accept product exchange or refund based on any customer’s personal reasons.
  • All parcels must reach us within 7working days (20 working days for International Customers) from the day the parcel was delivered.
  • We apologize for mailing you a defective/faulty item. Please send us an email by taking a snapshot of the defective area and sending it to us at admin@upstairsinstyle.com
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty*. Upstairsinstyle will reimburse normal postage for defected / wrong item(s) sent. 

* Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
* There may be a 0.5”-0.8” difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.

  • All exchanges/ returns will be processed and dealt and handled by us via mail. 
  • Upstairsinstyle will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.

INCORRECT ITEM(S) RECEIVED

  • All exchanges have to reach us within 7 working days (20 working days for International Customers) from the day the parcel was delivered.
  • We apologize for mailing you an incorrect item. Please take a snapshot of the item received and forward the snapshot to us at admin@upstairsinstyle.com. We will also reimburse for additional postage/shipping fees incurred.
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect*. Upstairsinstyle will reimburse normal postage for wrong item(s) sent to customer.

* Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All footwear/accessories returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition and undamaged, without any postage labels. Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. 

  • All exchanges/ returns will be processed and dealt with us via mail.
  • Upstairsinstyle will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.

PAYMENT

  • Request for cancellation of order will be declined if any form of payment has been made.
  • We only accept three modes of Payment. They are Paypal, Credit Card, & ATM transfers.
  • For customers who choose PayPal as their payment method, order(s) will be reserved for 2 hours upon receiving an invoice. 
  • All cancelled orders cannot be reversed.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide relevant details required for Upstairsinstyle to process the order. Upstairsinstyle will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect/ insufficient payment details provided. 

PRODUCTS

  • Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
  • A difference of 0.5”-0.8” between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.
  • Colour may transfer onto other garments, upholstery and bags. Do take note whenever necessary.
  • Upstairsinstyle will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchanges.

PRODUCT CARE

  • You are advised to hand wash all Upstairsinstyle apparels (individually) without soaking for the first few washes as colour transfer may occur. You will also be advised to only dry clean on mentioned fabric to best maintain its shape and colors.
  • Please iron on reverse side of the apparel. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products. We would encourage steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron).

Upstairsinstyle reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions.
In the event of any dispute, Upstairsinstyle reserves the right of final decision.
